Investment Structure: Revenue Share
Investors receive a percentage of monthly gross revenue until they have received a set multiple of their original investment.
The Parlor Investment Tiers
| Tier | Investment | Revenue Share | Cap (Return) | Projected Payback |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Tier 1 | $5,000 | 1.5% of monthly gross revenue | 2x ($10,000) | ~9 to 11 months |
| Tier 2 | $15,000 | 4% of monthly gross revenue | 2x ($30,000) | ~10 to 13 months |
| Tier 3 | $50,000 | 10% of monthly gross revenue | 2.5x ($125,000) | ~17 to 22 months |
| Tier 4 | $165,000 | 20% of monthly gross revenue | 3x ($495,000) | ~33 months |
The Barber & Tobacconist Investment Tiers
| Tier | Investment | Revenue Share | Cap (Return) | Projected Payback |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Tier 1 | $2,500 | 1% of monthly gross revenue | 2x ($5,000) | ~16 to 17 months |
| Tier 2 | $10,000 | 3% of monthly gross revenue | 2x ($20,000) | ~22 to 23 months |
| Tier 3 | $25,000 | 8% of monthly gross revenue | 2.5x ($62,500) | ~25 to 26 months |

How It Works
Each investor receives their percentage of monthly gross revenue, distributed monthly, until their total distributions reach the cap. At that point, the revenue share ends. Higher tiers receive a higher cap multiple as a reward for the larger commitment.
Investor returns come first. All revenue share obligations are fulfilled before ownership takes profit. Our priority is keeping the business running and paying investors back.
Funding Threshold
All investment funds are held until the full startup capital is raised for the respective venture ($328,500 for The Parlor, $120,500 for The Barber & Tobacconist). If the funding threshold is not met, all funds are returned to investors in full.
Larger Commitments
Investments above Tier 4 are welcome. Terms for larger commitments are structured individually to reflect the scale of the investment. Contact us at invest@thedarlinghouse.com to discuss.
