Investment Opportunities
Revenue Share Investment in The Parlor and The Barber & Tobacconist
Revenue Share Model
Investors receive a percentage of monthly gross revenue, distributed monthly, until they have received a set multiple of their original investment back (the cap). Once the cap is reached, the revenue share ends. Higher investment tiers receive a higher return multiple as a reward for the larger commitment.
All investor obligations are met before ownership takes any profit. Paying investors back is the first priority after keeping the business running.
The Parlor
A premium cigar lounge with its own house cigar, live jazz, coffee by day, cocktails by night, and retail cigars alongside curated menswear. The space seats 20 to 30 guests in a leased location designed for comfort and conversation.

Self-Sustaining Ventures
The Darling House Cigars and The Mobile Parlor are self-sustaining ventures that do not require outside investment. The cigar brand funds itself through production and sales, and The Mobile Parlor is fully operational and generating revenue through event bookings.
Funding Threshold
All investment funds are held until the full startup capital is raised for the respective venture ($328,500 for The Parlor, $120,500 for The Barber & Tobacconist). If the funding threshold is not met, all funds are returned to investors in full.
Larger Commitments
Investments above Tier 4 are welcome. Terms for larger commitments are structured individually to reflect the scale of the investment. Contact us at invest@thedarlinghouse.com to discuss.
